You “speak business” and “speak tech”. You don’t need to be a developer, but you “get it”. You communicate clearly, confidently and with a spark. You’re customer-focused, solution-driven, proactive, self-motivated, and energized by winning deals.
Knowledgeable about COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27000 or any other globally recognized IT framework. Formal training on one or more of these is a plus. Knowledgeable about security concepts or hands-on experience administering operating systems such as UNIX/LINUX/Microsoft Windows or ORACLE Databases.
